First of all. Find something about you that you love. Eyes, personality, smile. Whatever it is. Find it. Slowly start getting healthy. Reason why I said slowly because you don’t want to rush into something and make big plans and in three weeks hate yourself because it falls apart. Eat healthy homemade breakfast. Make stuff you love in healthy ways. Find something you honestly like. Gym, boxing, walking and try to stick to it for one day a week. Then when you get comfortable maybe two days or a new activity to add on to that. Keep it simple. You are loved. Even if you don’t feel like you are. Stop! dear god stop! Belittling yourself you are worth more then you know. Just start small and work your way up.
Recently I have been signing up for a lot of meetup groups meeting new people. Doing the activities I love. Such as biking, snowboarding, and other stuff try it.

Well atleast learn to respect ypurself. There are many people in the world who doesnot get enough feast to eat. They might be thinking of being in your place. Maybe you are at the right place. If you think people around you make fun of you or insult you, at least you give respect to yourself. How can you ask others not to insult if you are also one of them.

Remember that you are blessed with with a beautiful, functioning, whole body that so many people do not have. Your appearance does not depict your self worth. Self worth only comes from the inside. Ugliness is only a comparison. One everyone makes with each other. Being pretty and slim will not somehow make you a better person. Society's judgement on looks should not stand between your love for yourself. Your body takes so much burden everyday...mental and physical. Care for it. Love it

First, I would like to say that nobody is ugly. No matter your size or appearance, there is something beautiful in everyone. If you are truly unhappy with yourself, start to eat a healthy diet and try to get at least 20 minutes of exercise in a day. You will slowly start to feel better about yourself!
