You may only focus on the negatives about yourself, such as believing you are fat and ugly, but there are positives too and recognising those will help on your journey to loving yourself. I am sure you are not fat or ugly. I am sure you are perfect because you are you. Everyone is their worst critic and always see themselves as ugly or not good enough even though this is VERY untrue. Just be yourself. There is no need to worry about being fat or ugly because you are you. That is all that matters.

Often I hate on myself for the same reason. Try looking at yourself not by your physical attributes, but the stuff about you that's hidden under your skin. For instance, your talents, hobbies, etc.

realize that nobody is perfect, and that no one is truly content with their body. Learn to accept the way you are; tell yourself that if you want something to change, only you can help yourself. But never beat yourself up over having to do more and more, let your mind and body work naturally to help yourself. Don't tell yourself you have no fight left, there's always something there, you just have to find it.

Love yourself for being fat and differently beautiful. I am fat and chubby. I love to pull my own cheeks. What happens when you want to eat a pizza of your choice? Simple you eat it. But for your so conscious and confused friends it is not that easy. They have to think! So you are lucky. Your relationship with pizza is much more stronger than millions of Romeo-Juliet kinds. :)
