Who says you're fat and ugly? Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes but physical beauty is not what matters. There is nothing more attractive than kindness, courage, strength and intelligence; inner beauty is what matters. You've got to learn to love yourself!

Nobody is ugly. Everyone in the world is beautiful in their own way. Don't compare yourself to other people because everyone has their own flaws. If you feel "fat" then try excersizing to feel a little bit better about yourself. I myself am overweight so I excersize twice a week. No matter what anyone says, nobody is fat, ugly, too skinny, too short, etc. everyone is unique in their own way and we all have to learn to embrace ourselves and each other and stop judging, and self-hating.

Look at yourself in the mirror. Tell yourself out loud that you are gorgeous, because you are. You are worth love and happiness as much as anyone else. You are loved. No matter what anyone says, your size is irrelevant. You are perfect the way you are. If you have stretch marks, start loving them.

You can start by loving yourself :) Buy a notepad or just any scrap of paper and write down a list of things you love about yourself, it can be what you think or what other people think. Stop telling your mind that you're fat and ugly because you're not. However even if you are fat, it doesn't really matter. What matters is what's on the inside (very overused but it's because it's true), the second you let other people dictate your life, the second you look at yourself and wish you had something someone else does, the second you start to point out the flaws in yourself is when you loose control and your just mental health begins to take a downwards spiral. "Be yourself because everyone else is taken." And I cannot stress how important it is to love yourself, because you are worth it.

Accept yourself. That's the only way you'll get through it. You are the only one who can change the way you feel, if you eat well and exercise regularly then love yourself for being you. We are all meant to be unique and different, just because you're not the same shape as the photoshopped girl in the magazine does not mean you're not beautiful. Because you are.

First, you must realize that what you feel about yourself is a result of low self-esteem. You are a beautiful person, inside and out, and I can promise you that anyone who meets you knows this, whether they say it or not. If you ever need someone to talk to, I and other members of 7Cups are here to talk to you.

No one is ugly, everyone has beauty on their being. Even if you can't seeing yourself. And if you think you're fat, that's something that can be changed. For example, if you were mean, that's your personality and it's difficult to change because sometimes it's part of the person's nature. But being fat can be changed with effort and be willing to start eating healthy and maybe start exercise. But have this in mind, everyone's body is beautiful in it's own way. Just like the owner
