First of all, deciding not to kill yourself requires a lot of strength (first-hand experience talking here, wassup). We all are very glad you are still alive.
Once you've decided to keep on living, do just that - live! Do fun things, eat something you like, set a goal and work towards it. When suicidal, what's always helped me is to set goals. They can be as small or big as you want. Do you want to read tomorrow's newspaper? Cool! Do you want to learn a new skill or language? Cool! Do you want to meet new people? Cool! Do you want to try those cookies they sell at that bakery you walk past every day? Cool! I am sure that there are some things you want to do. Now, you have a chance to do them!
If you're still not feeling too well, you could try taking to someone, or doing things you enjoy. One way or another, please take care of yourself.
I am proud of you for still being alive. ♥

I decided not to kill myself. It was the hardest decision ever. It was the period of time when I didn't understand what I had to live for. But it was the best decision ever! Because now I figured out that I have to live for MYSELF, for my OWN SAKE. I decided to give myself a chance. Now what?
Now I am writing this with a huge joy and pride! And I'm calling out to all the people who have ever gone through this. Give yourself a chance!

I am so happy that you didn't. Trust me i was there not too long ago and i know its really hard but look at it like this. You are meant for great things, believe it. Some of us have to go through some really tough times because once you get through it you will have such a deep appreciation for life, a passion that can not be dulled, and a very developed intuition. Find out what you are passionate about and develop a tunnel vision in the pursuit of this passion. May you live the rest of your days in peace, love, and joy.

You start looking for joy in the little things. A good song. Some inspiring words you see online. Wind blowing through the trees. The joy of helping someone else. The little things build and fill you up.

Congratulations, you've taken a big first step into the rest of your life! If you've gotten to this point, it sounds like you're ready for change, and change can be a beautiful thing. Your first step should be to seek help, because it's much easier to carry a burden that heavy when you have help along the way.

Now you live. You live your life now by appreciating things around you. First of all, you're brave and strong enough to stop you from killing yourself - keep that in mind. Everything is still going on, whatever situation that push you there will still going the same but what's difference is YOU. Ask yourself why did you give up on killing yourself? Because of what? And hold on to that reason..hold on to that until you get stronger and you'll thank yourself for giving up suicide on that day.

First of all, good for you on deciding not to kill yourself. A good next step is to acknowledge and understand how you're feeling, and seek further help with coping.
Therapists, psychologists, friends, family, etc, there are alot of people who are available and willing to help you with your situation. Thinking positively and communicating, can be a good start to getting better.
