We are all human beings and can experience a range of emotions which from time to time can include fear, regret and pain. However be mindful that everyone makes mistakes and encourage your inner self to show compassion towards yourself just as you would a friend or family member. If you can be kind to others for making mistakes, then you should be able to be kind to yourself. Each time you find yourself beginning to argue with yourself, ask yourself 'do I really deserve to be doing this to myself'. Has what I done really warranted fear, regret and pain?
