Come to 7cups to at least talk to a free therapist here. And maybe listeners in between therapy. Call any depression centres available to you and seek help through free centres and websites.

That happens in many cases a person cannot afford therapy. But there are many organizations around the world which help depression patients free of cost. Based on your geographical location you can find them. You can also talk to listeners here. They are free of cost. You can go for reading. There are tons of books available for depression self help and codependency. I'm sure you can help yourself by all that.

First thing is the support from your loved ones, family and friends. Look for your local support groups they don't charge. Your always welcomed here on 7cups to speak with any of the listeners. I have also learned that the first three sessions on 7cups are free then its $150.00 Monthly. Sometimes your local Department of Social Services (DSS) or Social Security Administration (SSA) Office can always help you get you in contact with services that are affordable for you and can fir your budget!
