Try to find a therapist online or maybe ask your school counseller to help you out. Tell them you don't want your parents to know but need help. I'm sure they'd understand.

There are plenty of online forums where you can chat anonymously; however, if you use a shared computer, or your computer is not password protected, then do open an in private/incognito window to insure your parents cannot see your browsing history Therapists within schools, colleges and other such organisations must follow confidentiality protocol, they are however allowed to share information if you are under a certain age (dependant on country) and they feel that you may cause harm to yourself or others, or you need safeguarding.
