It depends on your resources. There are cheap therapists that you could probably afford if you have transportation. Most school districts also have psychologists inside most if not all of the schools who you can talk to for free without them being able to talk to your parents without permission (unless you threaten to hurt yourself or others)

If you are 18 years old or so, you can look for a proper therapist without your parents knowing. If you are under 18, then I think you need a tutor/parent. But have you considered about talking to one of your parents about how you feel and that you need some professional help?
