Do one thing a day that makes you happy. Whether its something small like eat your favourite food, or something big like complete a goal you've been meaning to do for a while. Try increase the numbers with time, and you'll eventually see a change in mood. That's always worked for me

It's a good question, but not one that I can answer for you. The answer will differ for every person, and you know far better than I do about what will make you happiest. However, I can recommend engaging in some mindfulness activities every day, learning how to appreciate the little pleasures in life.
