I have a self care kit. In it is my tools to cope with my depression. 1. A book to write in. Sometimes writing or drawing helps me express how I feel. 2. Pet a dog ! Since working with dogs I have found That my depression has got less ! 3.eat healthy. I would take a day off from all my normal meals and eat something odd but healthy. 4. Play with toys ! Its help me a lot !
