Give yourself a goal the night before. It can something as simple as going for walk or running an errand. Also plan that goal with a friend. Example, promise a friend you will go walking with them. Now you are obligated to get up early. You dont want to let your friend down.

Sometimes it can be hard to get out of bed whether it's due to being tired or just plain feelings of being lazy. There are two reasons I always use to convince myself to get out. First and the most important reason is that I can make an impact in someone else's life if I get out. Either at work or just doing my own activities, being able to be present in someone else's routine can be beneficial. While this is also important, the second reason is of course my personal health. Staying in bed all day is not healthy and being able to have strong mental and physical health requires active movement daily.

many things actually can convince me to get out of bed in the morning, but its not always been that way. i used to have so much trouble just getting out of bed, but i realized that you’re hobbies and doing what you love can really help you! if you ever have trouble getting out of bed because you might be lazy or you had a bad day yesterday, or whatever it may be! think of it this way “today, is going to be a great day! im going to do my hobbies and do what i love!” you can convince yourself to get out of bed in the morning simply by thinking positively and thinking that you will have a great time and a great day! if it doesnt turn out as good as you hoped, never lose hope! theres always tomorrow.

I tell myself to count up to five, and to get out of my bed when i'm done. and... then i just do it! This is because your brain is wired to overthink and procrastinate, so if you do not give it the time to do so, you'll get up more easily. This method can also work for other tasks / jobs, of course. I use it for studying, working, going out, etc. Other than this, I promise myself some kind of reward after I do what I have to, like going to school or to an appointment, or even just getting up. It'll be easier to get up if you know a delicious breakfast is waiting for you, for example :)

In order to first get motivation to get out of bed, you need to have slept a good minimum of six and a half to seven hours. If you're sleepy in the morning, it's harder to make yourself get up. Next, if you sleep somewhere where there's a window, open the curtains to get some natural light in. The natural light forces you to wake up at some point. If all else fails, I love this app called Alarmy. The ringing gets gradually louder and louder, and the alarm doesn't stop until you log onto the app. You can also choose some exercises like shaking your phone 30 times to make the alarm stop, which really helps get you awake.
