Instead of thinking about death, think about ways in which to improve your life. Think about positive, exciting things that you have not done yet in life and hopefully, go out there and complete them. Find positive hobbies, such as painting, skating, or cooking. And if you do not know how to do any of those, find people who do and perhaps, you will not only learn a new hobby, but also gain a new friend. Life has so many rewards, so grab hold to them all and live a beautiful life! =) Stay encouraged!

Death is an inevitable part of life and we all have had such thoughts. Yes, we all are born and we all eventually die, that's how it works. However, death is not all there is. When such persistent thoughts arise you can try to distract yourself, recognize these thoughts, but don't concentrate too much on them; acknowledge them, accept them and let them go. Focus on what you love about life instead, even if it may be hard sometimes, there is always something good about life.

If you keep thinking about death, you will forget to live life. You will have regrets, and if there's one thing that you do not want to do, it is to die with regrets. Figure out how to live life, not as a distraction from death, but as a predecessor in the stages of life. Death is just a stage, one that may be bad or good, but also one that is not needed to be thought about right now. Remember that, it does not pertain to you while living life. Of course, death is there to scare you into the correct decisions, but it is not a threat, just a phase of what is already known.

By doing things that involve life and nature. Going on a hike, smelling the flowers, enjoying the beauty of the outdoors. Observe what life has to offer and the beauty that comes with it. Spend time with people that love you and you love back. Do things that make you feel happy and enjoy. Remind yourself your place on this earth because that place is important. Try to journal out feelings and really dig deep to this feeling. Try to understand why that option seems to weigh so heavy on your heart. By doing these steps it may help you feel better.
