How do I make friends online?

Be polite, be yourself and find the same topics you're interested in and talk for hours ☺ It's easy to establish friends online as it's more personal than having the awkward meet ups

Don't be afraid to be yourself! Making online friends is easier than you think and they could really help you out in so many ways. Always be weary of your identity and don't give out personal information, though!

It's so easy! :D That's a good benefit that we've got from internet. Having bestfriends online is something interesting, we can share our daily life stories together,etc. But you need to be aware of this random people, to make sure that it'll not be dangerous for you. 1. Know your passion Make sure your passion/interest is common with those people you found on internet. 2. She/he interests in you It's important that we should have feelings before we become friends. 3.Aware of unappropiate stuffs We can't deny, this globalisation era, there are some people using internet for chatting about unsuitable things with people , so you need to make sure you don't involve to their business

One way is to find a website, like some kind of social media, and then find accounts that post about things you like. Once you find someone who likes things similar to your own. Talk to the person who you find that would best be a friend and talk to them. Find stuff you both like in it all and talk about that along with getting to know about them. It’s one of the easiest way to do it. Instagram, tumblr and possibly twitter can be some of the best places to do this at. Especially since you can find accounts based around the things you like for them

Tumblr is a good site to make friends on, so is 7cups and Instagram. Just message people, talk for a while and once you've bonded on a subject then you've found a potential friend.

Get involved in a community! Once you start commenting and being active on a forum, you'll find kindred spirits in no time.

Put your interests out there and see who has anything in common! (Without sharing personal information of course!) People are bound to share the same interests and start a conversation!! It just takes time

Sometimes it's not safe to trust people online, they can have a fake persona and pretend to be anyone they choose to be.However, a good way is to go on forums for things you like, say, Video Games or sports or even movies. From there, you can talk to new people who have similar interests as you. Get to know the people there, and eventually over time your friendships will build up.

Try to connect with people who have similar interests as you and don't be afraid to reach out to those who may be a little different as well. Don't give your personal information to anyone though. I think 7cups is a great place to find friends!!
