Get medicine and go to a counsellor. If things are this bad you need help. You might be lower than you realize.

This is a very hard and common issue. It really depends on you yourself; what you find motivating. Some people find continuing or starting a new project such as drawing a particular thing helps them get motivated. Others may find that simply feeling guilty for lying in bed gets them out of it. Find something that you feel is motivating to you. Think of the things you want to do and know that you have to do, even if you don't feel like it. Remind yourself of how you will feel once you are out of bed and doing the things you want to; remember how good it feels to be doing something, no matter how trivial it may seem.

Start small. Get a friend, relative, andwerinf service, or even an online accountability group to call you in the morning to wake you up and get you moving and motivated. Make a list of goals and get them posted in a written or online calendar for the day or for the week with alarms and timers.

There is no shame in taking things one step at a time. Small goals make small successes, and they really do add up!

We all have those days when we don't want to get out of our bed or breath, but I want you all to know that no matter how tough it gets; there is a reason for our existence. Think of the goal you have or just look up to the people whom you really love. Every morning as you open your eyes, tell yourself that you can do it. Nobody in this world can stop you from getting what you want instead of yourself. Have a bowl full of fruits instead of drinking coffee or tea. If you have a pet, play with it. Go for a walk. Please do not browse Instagram or Facebook early in the morning. Give yourself some time. Take a nice warm shower with nice fragrance candles. Play games you used to play when you were a kid. Cherish, or try to cherish every small thing. Good luck, lovelies.

I understand it can be really challenging to get out of bed in the morning, but you have to pressure yourself. A good idea is to set some small goals for yourself. Try to ask yourself: Which small goals could you set for yourself today? For instance, talk to a friend, go for a walk, do some self-care, etc. Try to put goals that you can achieve and each day try to put more difficult goals. It's totally okay if you fail! Just try harder or try to achieve a different goal. I am sure you can do this, just be positive and optimistic! Best of luck!
