Everytime success comes to those who know to believe in themselves.
It may seem tough to do a thing such as attending a interview when depressed. Firstly never think about what upsets you, think that with this interview you are going to begin a whole new life and forget the past. Secondly it's important to have the prescribed medication. Meditate, be calm and rock the stage (sorry, the place where you are going to give interview :) )!!

Be yourself. You know what qualities an employer is looking for. In most interviews, everyone is putting on their first impression hat. Don't be afraid to put on that hat for this moment. You can
do it!!!

Before the interview, do things that help you relax and not so depressed. Remind yourself of good memories and try to push away any negative thoughts you might have.

Treat it like a audition and play the part that you think they want. I realize this is easier said than done, but if you're able to do it you can fool just about anyone. I used to do this in school because people asking what was wrong with me and if I was ok was a constant reminder of my depression which anyone who has suffered with depression knows that reminders are completely unnecessary.

Focusing on your personal strengths, big and small, can help pave a way to a successful job interview. Listing qualities that make you a good worker and a good person before hand can help you answer questions on the spot, and confidently, too. Being self aware of your weaknesses, but also discovering ways to overcome those weaknesses is a great way to nail a job interview, instead of giving the overused “One flaw of mine is being unable to stop working†statement. As annoying as it is, forcing yourself to think positively before and throughout the interview is vital.
