Depending on what you want to do school is just something required for a job and jobs honestly don't look at your grades. If you want to go to college yes it matters so... if you go to the local library there is tons of books on every subject. Keep yourself organized so you don't freak out about a test you forgot about. The most important thing to do to manage stress would be do something good for yourself once in awhile. Go to the gym and exercise or go to the spa it's relaxing and will clear your mind.

Take it one step at a time. Big projects and life goals will take a lot of smaller steps to achieve. When you build a wall, you have to take it one brick at a time. Lay each brick as perfectly as you can, until you eventually have a perfect wall.

I have come with this before. It is very hard. I suggest just doing your best at what you can do. I know it can be very hard especially at home and all that and there are tough times. But I suggest using your coping skills if you have any. Doing any grounding. Doing some breathing excersises. It helps to relax you. Then you can go on with your day. It helps when you don't feel stressed about everything in life. I listen to music. I do grounding. I try to get my mind of the things that are stressing me out.
