Try and speak up more! Let yourself be heard and input yourself and your opinions where they can be used. Raise your hand in class, actively participate in conversations... There are plenty of ways to stop pretending you're not there. Just be a little more interactive with the world around you.

Start speaking up and getting involve wherever you are, I know for an introvert that is not an easy thing to do, but always try to step out of your comfort zone. Take it 1 step at a time and before you know it, it'll be like a routine :)
