Binge eating is often a response to intense emotional distress and pressure, so it is best to try and identify what issue is causing the desire to binge eat initially. In terms of the actual binge, try not to focus on the process and regret of it, instead focus on ways to support yourself before and after the binge. Examples of this include meal plans, exercise and drinking enough water. Try to create a schedule with these factors, so that they are easier to keep consistent. Hi there! I hope you are feeling well. From my perspective, I tend to eat more when I am with others or feeling stressed. I would notice that I am worrying and getting uncomfortable. So I try to think about my actions or be more aware of my desires at that time and try to restrain myself from having all the food I want to eat. The main point is try to be self-aware and slow down when eating. I hope it goes well for you! We are all rooting for you❤️.
