don't try to focus on one thing for too long, that's what helped me. I also listen to music that puts me in a good mood as I'm working, so if you normally or just can listen to music whilst working then you should give that a try.

Try to find new things that you might somehow enjoy. Try different things from what motivated you before. Also, I'd consider learning more and more about everything, that way you get interested in something else and somehow you motivate yourself to learn more.

The best way to stay motivated is to find a couple of friends and do something that you think you will enjoy. If you go out on a long walk, it will keep you active and healthy.

You can keep yourself motiveted when you suffer from depression, by understanding what depression actually is. Remember that all you are going through is due to depression and once it gives control over you, you are free to move ahead freely in your life. Keeping this thought in mind, you can motivate yourself.
