Motivating yourself is one of the hardest thing, one face in their life but it doesn't mean that you can't make it! Setting your life goal (which are really yours and aren't enforced on you) can help it! Sometimes having no goals or being confused about it, decrease our confidence in ourselves which leads to emptiness and depressed state of mind! So just stay relaxed and choice what you want and give your 100% for it. And when you will be able to find your life goal correctly, then there will be no need to listen to any motivational video and speeches anymore!!

if you feel depressed it is hard to motivate yourself because you want that feeling to go away. it is good to set up a plan for yourself to work out. it is rewarding to work out and it does so many good things for your body. it is a good idea to keep a journal of your success and start from there. making a goal list and when you accomplish your goal you can cross it off. the depression can decrease with excercise. even cleaning your house can make you feel better because a clean house is a way to distract yourself from the pain of depression.

Think of things you like to do and things you don't like to do. Sometimes if we do the things we love to do to much it leaves us depressed an so we should try things we don't like. Say you don't like walking but you love to paint, sometimes when we feel depressed it might be that we are doing the same thing over and over again so you can try to walk and that gets your blood flowing and might be interesting because you ignore it all the time. And think and things you don't do a lot like maybe baking or reading that could be fun to do something you never do.

When I feel depressed, I start by not judging myself for feeling down. It's not helpful to beat yourself up feelings that are out of your control. Then I focus on basic self-care, like eating throughout the day, sleeping, showering, etc. This helps me to feel more like a human again. If there are any tasks that I need to accomplish, I try to break it up into manageable pieces. I make a "depression to-do list", which includes a few simple task that I want to complete. I give myself grace for not being able to do as much as I usually can. And I reach out to my support system so that they can help me and love me through the episode
