I can really relate to this. I do have this problem myself, to be honest. The best thing I can say is to keep looking and reminding yourself about everything they have done for you. If they did all things they did, then they must have cared and loved you. I know this for a fact. It really does help when you have you're doubts. Parents can be a pain sometimes, but if you really think they don't love you when they do, just look back at all the things they've done. Maybe you'll be reassured then! :)

You can look at everything they do for you and how they treat you. You can think about how instead of giving you up they kept you for themselves. You're their child, they made you. It'd be hard for them not to love you.

Focus on things they do that show you love in some sort of way, and try to remind yourself daily that they love you and soon your brain will get in the habit of thinking positive thoughts.
