Are you unable to feel happy?
Are you not able to sleep well?
Is there a change in your appetite?
Do you feel lonely?
Do you feel exhausted and tired?
If there is a yes to these questions, try talking to someone about this and go to a professional for further help.

Someone who is depressed will experience a low mood which remains low for longer than 2 weeks & things that normally would have given pleasure in the past no longer do , along with some other, but not necessarily all, the following symptoms - sleep disturbance often waking up exhausted and feeling worse in the morning, may overeat or loose their appetite, have feelings of worthlessness and guilt, feel lethargic or agitated, lack energy or motivation, feeling tired inspite of enough sleep hours, and if allowed to go on the person may develope thoughts of self harm or even suicide. Its often described like being in a dark tunnel with no light at the end of it. But there is with the right therapy and help! I was that soldier!!
