There are numerous ways to help without money, mainly volunteer work. Whether it be at a homeless shelter, or it be at a soup kitchen, you're not spending your money, you're showing your support, and you're helping people less fortunate than you. Money is materialistic and can always be made, Whereas the people you help, are a blessing and they're one of a kind.

Be their friend :) Help them when they need it, but try not to make them feel bad for always taking things from you.

Money is not the only medium of support. Think of us listeners, we're not having any kind of monetary exchange here, We're here solely to help people, provide comfort, lend an eager ear to a fellow human's troubles. Money is just a medium of exchange, it does play a crucial role but then, it cannot buy happiness or love.

Often giving someone your time can be extremely helpful. People may need to be simply heard or help in another way.

I think it's really great that you want to get out and help people! And, you can definitely help people without having to spend money! Maybe you could try volunteering somewhere local that supports a cause you care about. You can ask around at local non-profits and see if they have any ways you could volunteer there. Most organizations wouldn't turn down offers to help out! :) again, I think it's so wonderful that you want to help people. I wish there were more people out there with your thoughtfulness.

Compassion- try to do a good dead everyday, even just holding the lift for someone, or complimenting how a person looks, as these little things will make huge impacts on people's days

Search for a reliable charity program or gofundme campaigns. Also helping at places where free food is provided is already a great help! You're wonderful for being interested in the people around you and their problems.
