A great way to help people online is really just to be there for them. When they need your help, or they need to talk to someone, make sure you respond positively. Try to give them the feeling that they can always bounce up from a problem.

You can just talk to them and accompany them if you feel like they need it .
What i do is, when they talk about their worse situation , i tell them how things can be more worst what you have is nothing.
Sometimes i do share my stories to make them feel easy and comfy.

If you can to help people online, then you become a listener on 7 Cups and go through the training process. There are a lot of people who could always use someone to talk to, and you'd definitely make a difference in someone's life by being there.
