By joining 7 cups of tea is the most easiest way but beyond that it depends on your resources and how far you can take it.

You can help them by supporting them online and assist them through their growth path, as well as suggesting appropriate sites and resources to their problems in order to help them :)

It depends on how you want to help and who you're helping. For friends - stay in touch. Send them actual paper letters, which people value more than you know. Make time to chat through online resources. For charity work - Hefier International, Doctors Without Borders, and Amnesty International are all great organisations. Alternatively, become trained as a listener on 7 Cups, where we help people from all over the world

I think we are all interconnected no matter what race or where we are from. We are all human, all unique creative beings. Being from a different country doesn't differentiate our emotions.

Look up resources in their country to refer them to in order to get help outside of here, for example, crisis hotlines or shelters.

Understand their culture, read up on it, learn some of their language to make them feel more at home, that kind of thing.

One thing that I always found was a great way to help other people out (that were near my age) was to try and become pen-pals with someone over seas. Even though you're not volunteering or giving them money, the sheer interaction with someone from another country is a gift unto itself. Teens/Adults all experience similar problems no matter which country you live in and authentic advice can be very helpful .
