Activity has been shown to be beneficial to those suffering from depression. Try to get out of the house, or at least out of bed. Try to ingest healthful foods as much as possible. Rinse and repeat and don’t give up.

Awareness is a very important part of dealing with unwanted feelings. I become the observer of my feelings, I allow myself the necessary time to go through this feeling. I know that I will find a way throughout this experience.

You could exercise more which releases endorfins which makes you feel better you could meditate helps free your mind of any negativity you could be more active to motivate yourself you could reconnect with old friends and take up new hobbies!
