Try to go out more and stay with the people you live or talk to your friends, just go have fun and enjoy life as much as possible, make a list of things you really want to do and just try to make them happen as much as possible

Start slow, and remember sometimes getting out of bed is a victory. Set small goals and reward yourself when you complete them. Work up slowly to your larger targets and keep track of your path so you can see how far you've come.

Sometimes when we try to motivate ourselves during depression, we often end up being too ambitious with our goals. Just like exercising your body, you have to exercise your mind and motivation gradually; tackling small tasks before we move onto larger tasks. Instead of attempting to achieve goals like "I am going to eat healthy everyday this week," try breaking it down into smaller tasks like "today I will have an apple as a snack, instead of a bag of chips." Eventually, the small tasks will feel normal and you will be more motivated to tackle bigger goals and so on!
