Sometimes even when life seems to be going well, when there are no big problems or stressors, you can still feel at times depressed. Depression comes and goes, it’s not pleasant but reaching out for help and seeing what helps you to cope and feel a little better are great steps in recovery. Sometimes noticing if there’s something like you have you could try sleeping a little better I.e lack of sleep, or too much sleep, eating a little healthier, going for a walk, listening to music, talking to a friend or reaching out on here with 7 cups of tea. The little things we can improve or go to when we are feeling down.
