It's defiantly helpful for you and the people around you to know that you are having a hard time and may struggle. And you should talk to a local therapist or GP because they will be able to help you with your emotions and maybe medication. You could also send a message to a listener!:) ~Ruby

Yes that's the best way to get help. Most people don't tell anyone that they are depressed so they end up not reciving the help they need which leads to suicide and such.
