If telling people will make you feel better you can tell them you're feeling depressed, however if telling people will cause any worry or anxiety you do not need to tell anyone.

I would honestly listen to your heart with that one. If you feel there are certain people who you fully trust who could help you through it then I would say they would be good people to speak to about it. If there are people you think wouldn't be wise to tell then you have to think of yourself and just because you don't tell people about it doesn't mean your being unfair to them. It just means you respect yourself. Listen to your heart and take everything at your own pace.

Telling people that you are depressed should be your choice and because you want them to know, or because you feel that letting them know would help you with your experience. If you feel that you need to talk to someone, tell a trusted person.

That really depends on you, if you have a trusted group of people that you feel comfortable telling then that may be a smart decision, but if not that's fine to! :)

Only if you want to I mean people are going to take it differently. You should do what's best for you though.

You do not have to tell them that you're depressed. On the other hand, it could be helpful to tell a few people what you are struggling with so you can get appropriate support.

i would say yes. but not everyone. rather someone close like a mother or father a partner. just to let them know how you are and they might even help you through it. they will surely stand by you through it all

not everyone, because not everyone understands it. You'll need to choose carefully who you'll talk it out with.

Don't blame everything you do on it, and don't assume that they'll change the way they act because of it. If they care for you then theyll realise and support you as best they can x

You should tell a person that you truly trust, like a best friend or a parent. Dont tell random people that you just say hi and bye to, as you may get bullied for it or people might call you an attention seeker
