it seems to be you are dealing with two things which may be connected.
1. crying. I would find a dear trusted friend and tell them how I am feeling and what is causing my tears. After that, identify the issue and come up with ways you can cope with it. Remember that when you cry it is your body trying to heal itself so don't hold back
2. nausea when nervous. when we are nervous our bodies have a very interesting way of protecting it self and we lose control of it sometimes due to anxiety. I looked at www.clamclinic.com for device on what you can do and I will summarize it for you. Jogging, Herbal Supplements, Deep Breathing, Healthy Eating, OTC Medicines and drinking water should help

When I experienced this years ago, I was certain I had a physical medical condition so my doctors ran various tests and ruled out vitamin deficiencies, colon cancer, intestinal conditions, as well as certain types of stomach issues. It was good to have the medical tests done because they did find that I had a combination of irritable bowel syndrome, a sleep disorder and depression with anxiety. I was helped with a combination of talk therapy, antidepressants, cognitive behavioral therapy and a medication to control my sleep disorder. Over time, I began to feel much better and it has been many years since I last had an episode of major depression. The other conditions have to be controlled on a routine basis but they are indeed under control.
