Yes it is possible I assume. At times the level of depression is not high. So one cannot know he or she is depressed. U can always consult a therapist to help you.

because you just thinking that you're stressed over things also a small amount of knowledge about mental health. Since you don't really know about mental health especially the illnesses, so you don't really care about an anomaly on your soul. Or people's stigma about mental illness which drives you to trying to feel okay 24/7 and be strong over your illness. The fact is, you need to get a diagnose from a mental health practitioner about your depression and being told about what treatment that fit with yourself. So, it's important to get a diagnose first from a professional also the treatment regarding to the illness as soon as possible before the depression get worse

Yes! Sometimes, mental health can be in disguise, the same goes as our physical health! However, that does not mean that we should simply brush it off! It is a real concern that needs to be taken into consideration. What could be done is analyzing the diagnosis of depression and considering if one faces the symptoms of depression. It is nothing to be ashamed of, of course! The awareness of depression should be spread and may not even present the worse symptoms, but can be severe in the long run if it is not treated! Always take a moment to breathe and think about how you feel and what you can do to heal yourself!
