Sometimes we find it easier to stay indoors around all our comforts. Sometimes we need time to recharge, and are more introverted than normal. Each day and each person is different. I personally think that the feeling before the interaction is not something to be wholly trusted... focus on how you feel during being with your friends, and after. :)

This is something that so many people have, and i understand how worrying it makes you feel. It sounds like you may be anxious when it comes to social situations. I know it feels better to seclude yourself sometimes, but in the long run, it could actually make these feelings worse. You have to make time for self care, and if thats 1 day a week, or 5 days a week, its completely okay! Maybe telling your friends how your feeling could help if thats something you are comfortable with, and then you may find it easier to spend time with them when they know your situation and understand that you may want to leave, or change your mind about going.
