A-levels are hard, but they can be achieved. Generally, colleges and sixth forms only accept the students that they think are 'good enough' - it would be unfair of them to accept students who are best suited on another course! There are also entry requirements for A-levels at most colleges and sixth forms. This is to help give you an idea of the standard of work that will be expected of you. You can also join lots of taster days, speak to teachers and other students as well as reading up on the course using exam board websites. You are so much more than your grades, so please do not worry if you are advised to choose another course. If you are accepted into A-levels, congratulations. This is an achievement in itself.
