They don't focus on you. Or rather, just you. They focus on everybody. People like to judge other people. It isn't just you. And chances are they don't care that much, they just observe and continue doing whatever they were doing. It doesn't matter what they think in the long run.

Maybe the others don’t think is that of a faulty characteristic. Maybe the others just don't care about it and project their selves differently than you because they are confident these faults won't change them. Maybe you have identified too much with it that you quickly notice people focusing on this and it triggers you and when it does trigger you then this just promotes the focus and can go on a loop. Maybe this thought in the back of your head does not let you project the way you want to and people sense this, then they tend to focus on your uncomfortable side consciously or unconsciously. If this is the case and you recognize it then fuck what others think. It does not matter if you improve or learn to live with the fault, either way it will dissolve because the best of you rolls over it
