1. Sometimes we overthink that lead us to think that the only focus is on us 2. it's a good thing, because when we know what is wrong with us we can change it "no body perfect" 3. raise your self-esteem and confidence so that you won't be bothered by them Nobody can hurt you without your permission. They focus on you because they probably think they can pick on you. Show them how strong you are and don't let them get to you.

You're unique. Maybe, it is just in your mind, your characteristic features could include worrying, worrying about what people think of you. This isn't a bad thing, lots of people have this, but it can make you feel like everyone is focusing on you, rather than anyone else.

That´s a really really good question. I have asked this myself a hundred times. I believe that people are irrational, even as groups. Which means, a group can function like a narcissistic individual. So not only narcissistic individuals tend to find faults they have themselves in others, also groups tend to cling to an idea of "we are this, you are that". That way, they are able to keep the threat outside of themselves.

Bully's like to pick on the week. Show the bully that your 'faulty characteristics' are just badges of honor and wear them loud and proud. Then they wont have anything to bully you about or for.

Not knowing who they are (and only able to focus on you) I wonder whether they actually are focusing on other people too but you are only able to notice when they focus on you because, fairly, its about you. OR maybe they actually do have higher expectations for you. Wonder where that comes from, and what you want to do about it. OR, two wrongs don't make a right (but three rights make a left). Meaning, them having the same faulty characteristic does not justify or negate your responsibilities. You can't change them. Just focus on yourself.
