Ignoring a problem doesn't makes it vanish, only addressing it does. we simply can't solve a problem with the same mind that created it and in order to control your thoughts of rage for someone who behaves ill to you. you need to accept your rage and anger as yours and it origins within you, once you accept this fact all rage will be gone.

If you ignore the issue it does not go away. When someone talks poorly about you and you do not stand up for yourself they see that as an easy opportunity to keep on doing it to you.

think about the reasons why the talk badly about you ...... if you find them sensible you may mend your ways ..... else .... just stop caring and distract yourself from this ..... remember if they talk about you means your life is more interesting than theirs

You'll get stabbed more often you'll often be perceived as weak. It's not very effective way to respond to a bully.

Sometimes, we find it difficult to ignore people who aren't very nice because we want to retaliate. So first off, tell yourself you don't have to retaliate. It's not bad that you can't ignore it, because if you did they would just get away with it. You should tell someone and get the problem dealt with. You can't ignore them because you know that it isn't right and if you ignored it, it would only get worse

You can possibly ignore the people who talk behind your back on the outside although it is very hard to be able to let go or forget what people have told about you. I would personally encourage you to let yourself feel angry and sad rather than block that feeling away. The more you block them the more you will suffer in the long run. Its part of human to have feelings so accept those negative feelings and do something useful to make you feel better is the better way rather than ignoring it.

Ignoring the people who talk badly about you doesn't make the problem go away; it doesn't stop their words scorning you. Dealing with them, and learning to overcome them, is a much better exercise for your self-esteem.

Ignoring people could make matters worse. You won't know how to handle yourself each time. It could become a problem in your professional life. Let's say it was your boss, you can't continue to ignore him and you don't want to quit. Just keep your head up!

It is a difficult thing to go through, knowing that other people dislike you. You see, only heartless people ignore what other people think. Not ignoring them shows that you care and you have heart. And besides, in the end, you should love yourself, just the way you are, no matter what other people think

I think it is easy for people to listen to compliments and have their ego inflated. However, it's also good to listen (and not ignore) the bad that people are saying about you. You should try and decipher between constructive criticism and idle gossip for self improvement purposes.

Because the negativity is always affecting us. it doesn't matter if it's a mean comment, or an insult, or a death threat, we always take things to us. and people who saids they can just ignore it, deep down it still hurts them.
