The fault lies not with you but with your surroundings. There is one thing I believe that one needs: `confidence'. I have personal experience. My Story in a few lines: I used to be a happy, caring and smart person(at school and among friends, teenage:D ). Then I left my comfort zone later(as the life demanded) and I found that I had no experience of the new things that I was facing. Couldn't talk to people and I was physically weak as well that lowered my confidence even further. I realized I had always spent my life in studies and sports that I never had to deal with social problems. Anger was the only way through which I stood against my peers. Then finally I started studying the things that I lacked. I was, and am very good at studies but I lacked physical strength. So, I focused more on my body. Then I gained better health. Now I am better than an average guy. This makes me feel healthy and confident all the time. Also I read a lot(habit), which boosts it even more. Now when I walk the Earth (Dramatic :D), I feel no lower than any other person. They say, "Don't see yourself lower or above the other person, but equal". So, one word answer- "confidence". How you build it? By working on your weaknesses.

Please don't say you are weak - as you are not what you are feeling. I am sure that in time you will be able to fight for yourself as at certain points in our lives it is hard to fight for ourselves. Stay strong because you're worth it

By admitting your weakness, you've already made the first step towards strength. Remember, you're the most important person for yourself, therefore, the one you have to fight for.

Because you don't believe in yourself. I have been believing in myself that I am strong so that other people cannot put me down. They can't just do bad things to me, I'm not a kid. I have my own mind and conviction and I have to fight for myself because no one else will.

I am a weak and little person as well. We don't have the physical strength to fight. However, we do have our gray cells that will always be there to fight and helps us whenever necessary. :)

The very first misconception here is that you're weak. You are not weak. You may not stand up for yourself, but there's a lot of people who just don't know how to reply, or don't want to make it worse, but that does not make any of them weak. Try coming up with a few responses to some of the mean things someone says to you on a constant basis before hand so you're just not at a loss for words when the time comes that you'd use them! :33

Because you are afraid that people are going to make fun of you but you have to be strong and believe in yourself

There's no specific reason for it, except yourself. If you want to be strong, become strong and fight for yourself.

Perhaps you feel like you don't deserve to be fought for. It isn't true. Show yourself the same consideration you would someone else. It may seem exhausting and not worth the effort, but remember that you will be spending your entire life with yourself and it would feel better to be with someone you love. When you start to feel like you don't need to fight back, think about what you would do if someone else were in the same position. Would you want to help them? Would you want them to help themselves?
