Anyone. Don’t keep it hidden. Talk to an adult you trust, talk to your friends, talk to your parents, your teacher, your guidance counselor, SOMEONE WHO CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE to keep you safe and away from those who harm you. Your safety is important and you should never feel afraid to reach out because there are people who care about you and we want you to feel safe in public environments like school/work because you go there every single day and a place like that should not start to feel like hell once someone enters the room. That’s not how things should be.

You should tell anyone with authority if youre being bullied especially if it is at school. Well, even telling a friend could help. Its very important not to let the problem continue to happen. I know its tough but telling a teacher or parent would be the best option or tell someone who could possibly do it for you if you are too shy or insecure to do it yourself. bullying happens a lot and a lot of people suffer from it but it doesnt mean you have to. stand up and tell someone what youre going through and you will be surprised with the outcome

How old are you? A school counselor is there for help. I never quite told mine I was bullied. I think I may have told one school counselor. I also know there are other counselors outside of school. There are therapists on this site. If you have a physician you could tell them, and they can refer you to a psychiatrist, you can tell your parents because parents are supposed to protect their children! If you are scared to tell your parents, you can tell your friends and if they are really good friends, they will let their parents know and their parents can step in to help or help in an anonymous way to protect your and their safety.
