Bullying can be really difficult to deal with, and it often depends on the situation. If you or someone you care about is facing bullying, it’s important to remember you’re not alone. Bullies often continue their behavior unless something changes - whether through support from others, intervention, or outside help. In rarer cases, bullies may change, but most do not. It’s not always easy to stop on your own, and sometimes it takes trusted adults or professionals to step in. Don’t hesitate to reach out to someone you trust, whether it’s a teacher, family member, or a support line. Please take care of yourself.
