You can learn to accept and love yourself for who you are. There is no one else in the world like you. Another thing that may be beneficial is to get involve with a community of like minded people. This may also provide a support network for when things get tough at home. Lastly, advocating for yourself and educating others is a another avenue to explore.

Learn to value your self worth & grow like a beautiful flower ! It’s only your life , you must make the most with it! Be happy. Love yourself. Only you can decide what happens in your life. Never allow someone who doesn't support your decision to hurt your happiness! If they aren’t happy for you, or value the person you want to become Id say that’s negativity blocking you from being the real you! You deserve happiness. Everyone does. So promise yourself you’ll always put your happiness first, you deserve it. If someone around you is being negative always tell yourself “This is my life , this is what makes me happy; and this is who I will be.†You have to learn to except the person you want to be first.
When you finally decide to do that everyone else’s opinion about you will no longer matter.

If nobody in your life accepts that you’re gay, it’s okay to drop them out of your life. You don’t need to feel like you’re in the wrong for being gay. If no one accepts that you are gay, look elsewhere for friends that will support you. You are allowed to date who you want without the feeling of being judged or disowned. There is no wrong gender to love. Everyone deserves to love and be loved. You don’t need any negativity from anyone who doesn’t support you. It definitely would help to find friends that will support you, as well as listen.
