Talk to your superior. If its the superior doing the bullying, talk to their superior. If nothing is done, you talk to the CEO or general manager. As a last resort there should be an appropriate outside body that will be able to follow up your case, and help with things such as counselling, referrals and getting compensation if needed.

This is definitely a matter you can take up with your boss. Let him know that some of your coworkers are being unprofessional and inappropriate as it is probably in the guidelines or rules of the company that any kind of harassment, including bullying, is prohibited. I would definitely bring that up to someone.

Stand up for yourself and what you believe in, or if you're too anxious or shy don't acknowledge your bully. Also, you could be befriend your bully be the bigger peroson.
