No. Bullies choose to bully people. It isn't your fault. I don't know anything about you, but however you are, no - you don't deserve to be bullied for who you are. Talking to a counselor - most schools have them, and there are many professionals - can help you. Also, talking on 7cups can help. Voicing your issues and working through them can help.

That is completely wrong. Bullies are people who just oddly enjoy making fun of others, so holding yourself accountable for their actions is not sensible.

No, i don't think she's right at all! No one deserves to be bullied. It's hard and it's not something that people should ever be a victim of. Sometimes it's easy to blame to bullied instead of the one who's bullying them.

Absolutely not! You should be able to be however you want to be, silly, weird, dark, different of any sort as long as you're not hurting someone else. The reason you're being bullied is because the bully doesn't feel comfortable with him or herself. They feel insecure either inside or at home so they take out they feeling of powerlessness out on people who they deem to be different. Just know that you are perfect the way you are and not only your mom but everyone should accept you for who you are. If only we lived in a perfect world.

Growing up we often view our parent's as superheroes. They can do no wrong and most of us may even strive for their love and attention. However, what we tend to forget is our parent's are also unique and flawed HUMANS. They are allowed to make mistakes and they may react out of anger and frustration. Who we are, is never a mistake. Bullying is never justified. We should always strive to treat others the way we would like to be treated. We are all equally deserving of love, joy, and peace. As long as you are spreading love, you are doing something right.
