I find it helpful to write down what I believe is my fault, and then list the evidence for and against that statement to understand whether it is real or whether it's the way I perceive myself in a negative way. It helps keep me well grounded.

It's never your fault. Life is challenging, and it's challenging because of it challenging us in its imaginative ways. I have often blamed myself for mistakes I've made, but making mistakes makes us a little wiser and a little stronger every day.

take a deep breath and think of the reason why i did that.. if i still think that it's my fault, i will learn how to forgive myself first, so i can do better next

In real life, it doesn't matter whose fault it is. What is done, is already done. The past has gone. What you can do in the present is damage control. And remember, everyone deserves happiness. So be happy. Life will give you enough reasons to be happy if you just open your eyes to them.

You need to realize that you are the only one blaming yourself, and no one else is. You have to be the one to tell yourself it is bot your fault.

You need to realize first that it's no ones fault in reality. and more importantly it doesn't matter who's fault it is. this might just be me, but I've found that distancing yourself from any problem helps to find an objective solution to it. So take a step back and assess your situation. and decide what the best course of action is. and proceed. finding fault has only ever kept me stuck on a problem, it never helps. cheers :)

Ask yourself why you think that it is your fault. Try to take a step back to "analyse" the problem.

Just think about the happier things in life. Get yourself busy with some activities. Talk to more people. Keep your mind busy all the time so you think positive.

It's easy to get caught up in the situation, and blame yourself for everything that happened. It's important to take responsibility for your actions, but YOUR actions alone.

Look at the situation and evaluate who did what.
Sometimes stuff can be your fault, but it is never ALL your fault. We can redeem ourselves from our mistakes. If we mess up, we can fix it to a degree. But the #1 thing is to look and see what your part in a situation was. Did you do this? Did you do that? This allows you to realistically look back at the situation and know what happened.
