Being insecure about body weight is a very sensitive and deep rooted issue. It may root from bullying, family upbringing, expectations and social media representations. Plastic surgery of all kinds is very popular today and are intensely advertised as the answer to insecurities - but this isn't the case. Insecurities thrive from within, experiences and embarrassments we might have had, and we interpret our own reflection in the mirror differently. Your mindset, whether it is positive or negative determines the way you perceive your body weight and unfortunately many people doubt their own self worth and beauty. Once you are confident that you do not need to meet anyone's beauty standards and expectations, you will experience peace and love for your body, no matter your appearance. This is a long and often hard process, but the results are immeasurably liberating!

This is something that so many people think about. (Perhaps keep this in mind, know that people are often thinking more about their own weight and don't focus on yours) You could also research 'body positivity', which offers a completely different view on bodies. A very positive one.
