Talk to your coworkers and figure out what to do to stop it. It is never right for bullying to occur, and in the workplace especially.

If a boss is bullying you then you have every right to put a stop to it! You can contact your head boss or corporate (wherever you work) and explain to them what's going on. Try to get statements from co-workers that have seen or even suffered the abuse themselves, this will make your case stronger. Then hopefully your boss goes through some extra training so as not to let this happen again! Good luck dear!

Be the bigger, better, stonger, person that you know you can be. Acknowledge the fact that your boss may be having personal problems of his/her own.

I suppose it depends on the hierarchy, the number of levels of the organisation and who, if anybody you can go to. Bullying is unacceptable but don't make accusations whilst you are still emotional. Stay cool, calm and composed. Keep a diary of dates, places, people and details of incidents and confront your manager with it. Let him or her know you won't stand it any more and have a list of incidents. If this gets nowhere, e-mail the next level manager or CEO if necessary until you get a satisfactory response. Remember, you have the right to go about your work without being victimized, harassed or bullied.

It can be reported to a HR department, but it's important to talk about it to a confidante or friend in work too, make sure you don't go through it feeling like you have no one to turn to.

Try and be as kind to others as possible even your boss. If he talks to yiu in this way alot it may be nececery to take other actions such as keeping your distance or reportimg him to the company. If you are feeling uncomfortable in any way you must say as it is never ok.

You can call someone to help you. Or find another job? Or maybe talk to someone. Nobody likes verbal abuse.

Know your limits, and tell him when he is crossing the line. Tell him politely how you think about that, and that you won't tolerate disrespectful behavior from him. You might also want to tell him how you feel, and that it is for everybody's best that he stops bullying you
