There's no forgetting abput bullies , there's not .. but in time I learned to crave out the good from it , to learn to be the person that doesnt want to be someone who make anybody feel that way about themselves as I was once forced to feel , which I think makes me a better person , and it hurts a little less now .. :)

When I was being bullied three things I found that worked really well were: talking - I know it's hard and it can take a while to find the right person an time but trust me it's worth it; I also found clubs and activities that I enjoyed doing this was where I first spoke out about everything but it really helped me get through even when I wasn't speaking out; and the last one I remember doing was surrounding myself with positivity - people who supported me and weren't judgemental and were just there for me making me forget, I also found positive quotes really helped. Surround yourself with things that help you are not alone!!!
