It is hard to forget bullies. I myself have been bullied in multiple ways. But the way I come to terms with it is that you can't let them win. If they are constantly on your mind then they have won and that's what they want. Forgive them for their rude behavior and words, heal yourself and move forward and be yourself.

Focus on the people that love you! Whether it's one, ten, or a hundred, there's someone out there who loves you. If you can't think of anyone, then I love you! Report the bullies to stop any further harassment, and keep your head up. Bullies can't hurt you if you don't let them. Look in the mirror at yourself and tell the person staring back at you, "Bullies can't hurt me. I'm strong, and I'm happy, and they can't change that."

I think it's completely normal not to just forget about bullies. You may never forget about them, but one day they won't control your thoughts. You won't want to remember them; you won't care. You'll grow and move on. You'll realize that you're a better person who is worthy of so many great things.

I think it is really hard to forget things that have probably caused us some emotional distress. Maybe instead of forgetting them, remember how strong you are for enduring! Turn what used to be a negative memory into a positive lesson!

I think the way to forget about bullies, is to remember that their opinions have no effect on who you are as a person - a wonderful, intelligent, talented, capable human being. Also, these people are not a part of your life; they are separate from it. Hence, the best thing to do, if experiencing bullying, is to ignore these bullies the best way that you can. One day they will no longer be a part of your memory, as better things in your life happen.

You ignore them. You put what you think first. What you thin of your self is what matters most nothing else.

unfortunately it is hard to forget about bad things that have happened to us as humans, our brains seem to hold on to those bad things, but i guess to distract yourself you can think of good memories from that time, and if you are still being bullied now, then you should talk to someone who can do something about it, and put a stop to it. Just remember you have people around you who love and support you and will do anything to protect you. i am here if you need to talk to get your mind off it or if you need to talk about what is happening

Your strength would be in the memories, how we remember all of the negative experiences shapes and forms us into stronger and stronger individuals. You can use those memories as a strength, that you made it through what you went through, and that you are still here fighting.

Honestly, bullies will always be around because this world is fulll of mean people. This does give us a chance to uphold the strength and know that we are the only ones in control of our happiness. Keep your head up and know things will get better (:
