My school has an anti - bullying team that I'm on made up of older students. From the feed back we get its going really well and inspectors love it we have meetings, patrol the school, have a box that tells problems and specific areas bullying is happening in and we get to do assemblies that branch way out in to the affects and dangers of bullying not just on the victim but also the perpetrator.

Make sure that every child is in a safe place, emotionally and physically. When my sister started bullying her peers, it was because she felt that no one cared about her, so she took it out on others. She felt unwelcome, unsafe. Make sure that no child goes through that.

If you feel you're being bullied, tell someone. A teacher, you're parents, you're friends. Bullies should be accountable for they're actions.

I don't think we can ever fully stop bullying, but if more people stood up, and spoke up when they saw something a bully will think twice before saying something mean next time.

Awareness. I believe that awareness needs to be increased to get a message across. A way to do that for bullying in schools is creating clubs or organization that focuses on this issue, and how one will be able to act in bullying situation.

my school has a office like a complaint room will be a better word where you can go and complain about bullies if everyone feels the same way how you feel he or she gets punished

There are many answers to that question. Some of the best things are to make resources available to those who are being bullied, such as a few school counselors that students can feel comfortable talking to, whether they are victim, bully, or bystander. The school should also have a relatively positive environment, and staff should take immediate action if the see or hear anything about bullying.

To encourage schools to enforce stricter bullying rules and have more adult monitors- the main reason why kids get away with bullying is due to a lack of an authorative figure present to stop it. In addition, schools should teach kids and teachers more about bullying and how to spot it.
