The truth is, you can't control others' behavior. What you can do is voice how their behavior is making you feel and work with them to solve the issue. The best way to say it would be: "When you ignore me, I feel ______."

Perhaps you could join some after school activities, or talk to the teacher about it, and they might help you start some conversations or partner you with someone you want to hang out with. Family members are a bit harder, but the best advice I can give you is to talk about something that they're interested in. I hope that this helped.
